Shipping

We are excited to get your item(s) shipped to you as soon as possible! Here's the process we have put in place to ensure we get the correct items shipped to our customers.

Verification

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing

It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Shipping

Shipment may take 2-10 business days to arrive once the order has been processed.

Standard shipping: Free on orders over $75.00, which takes approximately 6-8 business days to arrive.

Express shipping: Free on orders over $125.00, which takes approximately 2-4 business days to arrive.

Note: Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.

Lost Packages

If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed. 

Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. 

However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
